  You were the same speaker who was pressuring Prez Akuffo Addo to assent to the bill, even after the Prez had indicated that some components needed to be changed.

  It is not the case that some components of the bill was not addressed before election 2024. But bcos President Akuffo Addo did not assent to the bill before that parliament expires and a new parliament has been formed, the process will start from square one. That is what the law says.
