If 50% of Doctors at Korle Bu and 50% of Professors at Legon come from these 9 Regions, it doesn’t mean that a reset agenda should decrease their numbers when in fact they are underrepresented. If we were to go by a fair proportional system, it would mean that out of 16 Cabinet Ministers, 9 must be Akans. This shouldn’t surprise any right-thinking person. It’s now clear that the Mahama RESET AGENDA is tribally motivated.

But the other 4 were sent to Appeals Court by Akuffo Addo in 2019 and 2022. Are you then saying that from 2010 to 2018 no judge was appointed to the Appeals Court and should have been considered before those appointed in 2019 and 2022?

So assuming that the CJ is not coming back it means we have 12, plus 7 will make it 19 Supreme Court judges for the next 20 months because the next Supreme Court justice to retire is the Acting Chief Justice Baffoe Bonnie and he retires in December 2026. So yes Mahama also doing his own thing as with all Ghanaian politicians.

A lot of the seven nominees were appointed to the court of appeal by Akuffo Addo Nebbucadenaazer but Mahama is colour- blind. However, Mr president, you are dilly dallying with the fight against galamsey so declare a state of emergency on galamsey in forest reserves and water bodies as you demanded from Akuffo Addo when you were in opposition.
