"We must create a path that will not destroy our water bodies," he stressed, highlighting the need for sustainable solutions.

The Armah-Kofi Buah also emphasized the importance of creating a positive work environment, stating, "I intend to create an atmosphere that will make everyone excited whenever they want to come to work."

“This ministry means business and we will work with you to succeed”, Prof. Agbesinyale stated.

In his interaction with staff, Armah-Kofi Buah implored them to eschew partisan politics and deliver on their duties to the country.

Addressing the staff, Hon. Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, who doubles as the MP for Ellembele encouraged the staff to serve as effective agents for the implementation of President John Dramani Mahama’s vision for the Lands and Natural Resources sector.

He promised to operate an open-door policy with the welfare of staff at the heart of his leadership.

He assured that he will take a personal interest in their professional progress and ensure that conducive atmosphere prevails at the Ministry.

He, however, cautioned the staff against any act that could serve an affront to the objectives of the government for Ghana’s Lands, Forestry and Minerals sub-sector.
