The Leader and Founder of the Organised Youth in Ashanti (OYA), Mr Brogya Genfi has
exposed NPP flag bearer, Nana Akufo-Addo as a lawless man “who lacks the moral and
character authority” to rule Ghana.

“Arguably, Nana Addo is the only Presidential candidate who lacks the moral and
character authority to have contested for the highest office in Ghana,” Mr Genfi
said in an article, a copy of which is in the possession of the Daily Post.
He says it is for this reason that his supporters “… feel uneasy when there is the
mention of Nana Addo’s character just as an old woman feels uneasy by the mention of
dry bones”
In the piece, while explaining how the 2008 defeated flag bearer’s disregard for the
law led to the destruction of an innocent life, he also exposed how the judiciary
covered up for him.
According to the OYA Founder, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Presidential Candidate
for 2012 is a lawless and ruthless person, who, at age 23, negligently drove and
crashed an uninsured car belonging to his mother into the car of one Woledzi, a
41-year-old Mails Supervisor of then P&T Corporation.
Mr. Genfi said the case is reported in the Ghana Law Reports as WOLEDZI V.AKUFO-ADDO
[1982-83] part 1 – GLR 421.
The facts, according to him, as contained in the GLR 421, are that on January 14,
1967, Nana Akufo-Addo negligently drove an uninsured car into the car of one Mr.
Woledzi, a 41-year-old employee of P&T Corporation.
Mr. Woledzi was in comma for three weeks, after which he was hospitalized for six
months.
In September 1967, Mr. Woledzi sued Nana Akufo-Addo. The case was first heard by
Justice Anterkyi but after taking two witnesses, the judge decided not to continue
with proceedings.
After several adjournments, the case was finally heard by Justice Charles Crabbe who
in 1969 dismissed Mr. Woledzi’s claim. Mr. Woeledzi entered an appeal but it could
not be heard because the entire record book containing the record of proceedings
went missing. The Court of Appeals therefore ordered the case to be tried again.
Mr. Ghenfi believes that Akufo Addo escaped justice thanks to the fact that the
National Liberation Council, NLC, which belongs to the Busia-Danquah lineage, was
the government of the day. Furthermore, his father, Edward Akufo-Addo, was then the
Chief Justice and thus the one who appointed judges to cases.
In 1980 (13 years after the incident), the case came for re-trial before the late
Mrs. Justice Cecilia Koranteng-Addow whose description (below) of Mr. Woledzi’s
state at the time of the trial shows the extent to which the NPP flag bearer’s
lawlessness, carelessness and recklessness had destroyed an innocent life.
“…the plaintiff is a different person from what he was before the accident. His
appearance is terrible; his mouth is twisted to one side and it droops. This was
caused by the loss of sensitivity on the right side of the face. His eyes are so
pronounced with a squint and he walks gingerly without co-ordinating his limbs. He
moves as if he is going to trip at any moment. He still continues to take treatment
for the after effect…”
According to Mr. Ghenfi, the lawyer who defended Akufo-Addo, James Amoako-Glover
came from the Nana Akufo-Addo Law Chambers. He was once associated with drugs and
has become a mental case.
The Leader of OYA concluded that the recent accident involving Gyankoma, a daughter
of Nana Akufo-Addo is a character inherited from her father and lends credence to
the age-old Akan adage that “SE AKWADAA ANSE ONI A, WOSE OSE” to wit “if a child
does not copy the character of his/her mother, s/he copies that of the father”
Gyankoma, in the early hours of Saturday, August 21, 2010, while returning from a
night club with friends ran her Toyota Land Cruiser with registration number ER 8104
Z into the Mercedes Benz of Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur, the Governor of the Bank of
Ghana.
The 32-year old Gyankoma, who later pleaded guilty to drink driving tested 0.66 per
cent on the Breathalyzer, far above the legally allowed limit of 0.08 per cent when
a test was conducted on her by the Police to ascertain the level of alcohol in her
system.

NANA AKUFO ADDO AND GYANKROMA AKUFO-ADDO; LIKE FATHER, LIKE DAUGHTER?
There is an Akan saying that goes like “SE AKWADAA ANSE ONI A, WOSE OSE” to wit “if
a child does not copy the character of his/her mother, s/he copies that of the
father”
Gyankroma Akufo-Addo may be a living manifest to the above old age adage.
The BIG question will then be; IS GYANKROMA DISPLAYING THE CHARACTER OF HER MOTHER
OR HER ‘POPULAR’ FATHER – NANA ADDO DANKWA AKUFO-ADDO (the twice failed presidential
hopeful of the NPP)?
The answer to the question can best be answered by you, but, my duty will only be to
give you some facts so that you can easily arrive at an answer.
The Media Analyst Group (MAG) of the NDC has made the news in the past weeks
touching on the character of Nana Akufo-Addo.
Some of the issues flagged by MAG borders on the drug record of the NPP man and his
daughter’s hit and run saga.
If what I have been told is anything to rely on, then, Dr. Arthur Kennedy’s
purported explanation that Nana Addo used to do drugs but has stopped should put an
end to the COCAINE PAST of the ‘tall and humble’ desperate presidential hopeful.
The NPP is well aware and conscious of the fact that the product they have produced
for election 2012 market is bad and distasteful in terms of character. Arguably,
Nana Addo is the only presidential candidate who lacks the moral and character
authority to have contested for the highest office in Ghana. This, the NPP can not
deny.
They feel uneasy when there is the mention of Nana Addo’s character just as an old
woman feels uneasy by the mention of dry bones.
The NPP has therefore adopted a shameful and embarrassing strategy – to become
maudlin when Nana Addo’s character becomes an issue of public discussion.
They now say that the discussion of Nana Addo’s character amounts to INSULTS………….
INSULTS MY FOOT!!!
And who indicated their readiness to discern into the gutter? Was it Ausler (his
baby), K. Kwarteng (his next parliamentary candidate for Obuasi), or Ayisi the
petrol man (who now wants favour after following Aliu Mahama). Well, I am already
seated but unfortunately for them, I do not call it gutter to gutter ………. I call it
a healthy exercise for Ghanaians to know who we are all voting to rule over us and
the OIL MONEY. That’s why I will always engage in this healthy exercise; they may
call it gutter to gutter or whatever…..
Why, were we not told that Her Excellency Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings was not the
mother of the children she carried for nine months in her womb?
Haven’t we been told repeatedly how President Rawlings got plane seats into his
sitting room?
Ah! Did we not hear from year 2000 that President Mills never had a child?
Was Chief Kufour not a trouble for his father when he fronted the corrupt hotel
deal? What about Aliu Mahama and his KNUST spoilt child?
For Christ sake, who is Akufo-Addo to escape the troubles of his spoilt child
especially at a time he wants to be president and give some directions of a sort to
Ghanaians.
Yes, this reminds me; where is the son of Apenteng Appiah Menka (Chairman of the
council of elders – NPP Ashanti) who was arrested for swallowing pellets of cocaine
and was admitted to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) for surgery?
Now back to my earlier question of ‘who Gyankroma is emulating? Kindly observe the
facts as I present and compare for an easy answer.
Did you hear that Mrs. Rebecca Akufo-Addo said on T.V in 2008 that she met her
husband at the nite club?
Gyankroma as reported, was on her way from a nite club when she had the accident;
did she under-go any training from the father about how to club? OR, as a 33yr old
matured lady, she is simply learning from the foot prints of her father.
Nana Akufo-Addo had an accident with an uninsured vehicle belonging to his mother at
age 23. There was a suspicion that he had enough alcohol in his system to have
caused the accident at the time.
Is it not a fact that the police tested alcohol in Gyankroma at the time of her
accident?
My friends (including enemies), please don’t doubt me. It is indeed a fact that the
POWDER (COKE) man had an accident with an uninsured car belonging to his mother at
age 23. The case is reported in the Ghana Law Reports as WOLEDZI V. AKUFO-ADDO
[1982-83] part 1 – GLR 421.
THE FACTS
On 14 January 1967, Nana Akufo-Addo negligently drove an uninsured car into the car

Mr. Woledzi was in comma for 3weeks. After which he was hospitalized for 6months.
In September 1967, Mr. Woledzi sued Nana Addo. The case was first heard by Justice
Anterkyi but after taking two witnesses, the Judge decided not to continue with
proceedings.
After several adjournments, the case was finally heard by Justice Charles Crabbe who
in 1969 dismissed Mr. Woledzi’s claim.
Reminder; Lt. Gen. J. A. Ankrah was then the Chairman of the NLC and Head of State
(February 24, 1966 – April 3, 1969) – the UP lineage. Does the name Crabbe ring a
bell?
The plaintiff (Mr. Woledzi) entered an appeal but mysteriously the entire record
book containing the record of proceedings of the case was missing. The court of
appeal therefore ruled that the case should be re-tried.
Reminder; Nana Akufo-Addo’s father, Edward Akufo-Addo was the Chief Justice (1966 –
1970) and later became the ceremonial President in August 1970. He was responsible
for appointing all judges who sat on the case at the time.
In 1980 (13years after the incident), the case came for re-trial before Mrs. Justice
Cecilia Koranteng-Addow of blessed memory (she was of the 3 judges murdered in 1982
in the early days of the Revolution).
This is how Mrs. Justice Koranteng-Addow described the state of Mr. Woledzi at the
time of the trial;
“….the plaintiff is a different person from what he was before the accident. His
appearance is terrible; his mouth is twisted to one side and it droops. This was
caused by the loss of sensitivity on the right side of the face. His eyes are so
pronounced with a squint and he walks gingerly without co-ordinating his limbs. He
moves as if he is going to trip at any moment. He still continues to take treatment

Nana Akufo-Addo was defended by one James Amoako-Glover, a lawyer in Nana
Akufo-Addo’s Law Chambers at the time. (This lawyer, am told, was once associated
with drugs and has become a mental case. Unconfirmed information indicates that he
relates one Glover who is a member of Nana Addo’s current team)
From the facts produced, Gyankroma Akufo-Addo is obviously not copying the character
of her mother.
I am also not supposed to tell you who she is emulating so just inform yourself and
answer in your household.
I guess I have not insulted anybody in this article…….
