    Unless legal charges are introduced then we will begin to appreciate what you saying.Some lawyers charges are unaffordable.Please find time to study why we have back log of cases.as you mention.Lawyers are the main reasons.

    This message or admonition to lawyers, both old and new ones is becoming stale and boring. Doesn't the CJ and other senior leaders in the legal profession have any different but equally important message to their members?
