Sex Scandal Hits Aburi Girls School.

A maths and science teacher at the Aburi Girls Secondary School, Daniel Agyarko Yeboah, also known as "Sir Day" has been accused of coercing a number of students to have sex with him.

Investigations say, attempts by the students to seek protection from the school administration are often rebuffed, and at times the students are severely punished for defaming the teacher’s character.

Mr. Agarko Yeboah, who portrays himself as a spiritually upright person, is alleged to have told the administration that he was rather trying to deliver the girls from the spirit of lesbianism, for which they sought to victimise him.

His cover was however blown, when one of the students with a cassette recorder tucked in her dress, succeeded in recording an encounter with the teacher. According to the girl, they took that action after a committee was set up to investigate a demonstration they held on the matter, and for fear of making any further reports without proof.

Mr. Agyarko Yeboah reportedly fled the school immediately he had wind of the girl’s handing over the tape to the school authorities. The Headmistress, Mrs. Grace Ansah Otoo confirmed the story in an interview with Joy fm but denied any sexual involvement between Daniel Agyarko Yeboah and the students.

Rumours making the rounds in Aburi indicate that “Sir Day” is an HIV carrier seeking revenge. JOYFM investigations continue.
