ABEDA grants Ghana 8m loan

Abu Dhabi, Sept. 16, (BNA) A US$8m easy payment loan agreement was signed between the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (ADEBA) and Ghana. The thirty-year easy payable loan of 1 percent interest annual rate will be utilized in improving the road network across rivers and lead to wider economic and social impact in enhancing agricultural goods transport as well as transport of people.

The project will also improve living and health conditions and develop education mainly in rural areas as well it will ensure better inter- connection of Ghana's districts and their connection with neighboring countries for better economic integration.
