GSE All-Share slips in dull trading

Accra, Aug. 2, GNA - The GSE All-Share Index, the main market indicator, slipped in dull trading on Wednesday with investors staying on the sidelines.

The Index lost 0.04 points at 4,885.32 points from 4,885.36 points on Tuesday.

Change for the year to date stood still at 2.44 per cent. There were three price changes, two up and one down. Fan Milk Ghana Limited was two cedis better at 16,009 cedis and ECOBANK gained one cedi at 11,702 cedis. CAL Bank lost two cedis at 1,940 cedis.

Total shares traded jumped to 599,300 from 34,700. Market capitalisation was down marginally at 97,223.38 billion cedis from 97,223.48 billion cedis.
