Areeba to sell at special prices in the regions

Accra, May 21, GNA - Areeba, Ghana's major mobile phone operators has re-launched a road show aimed at bringing its services and products closer to the people, particularly, rural dwellers, who will have the opportunity of buying Areeba products at special prices.

The Road Shows, which are interactive in nature use entertainment as a mechanism to generate excitement and sustain interest, while disseminating information about the company's services.

Commenting on the Show, Mr Haitham Majed, Marketing Director of Areeba said "it provides a very dynamic platform for us to interact with our cherished customers to learn about their needs first hand, whilst we also explain to them any additions to our service offerings among others."

The marketing Director said the first and second legs of the road show would take place in the Volta and Eastern regions and would span from May 10 to July 3, this year.

He said the shows would be linked to Market Days so that they would reach a large portion of the target audience, adding, "we shall communicate in the local languages to make it even more attractive. "We will like to make these shows very memorable occasions for the people, so everybody who participates will get a gift, while our products will be sold at special discounts," Mr Majed said. He said some of the prizes to be given included T-shirts, mugs, wall clocks, baseball caps, bandanas and umbrellas.
