Mist will reduce visibility in southern Ghana -Meteo

Accra, March 21, GNA- The Ghana Meteorological Agency on Tuesday said widespread mist and valley fog in some areas would reduce visibility in the southern half of the country this morning except the east coast.

It said this condition would however; rapidly clear at sunrise to give way to partly cloudy, sunny, very hot and humid but stable day. However, the Agency said isolated thunderstorm could pop up over hilly areas in the afternoon.

It said in the northern half of the country, sunny, hot, dry and slight hazy conditions would dominate and the night would become relatively warm except the upper eastern sectors, which would be cool. The minimum and maximum temperatures valid from 0600 hours Tuesday to 0600 hours Wednesday as follows: the coastal areas, between 21, and 33 degrees Celsius, forest and mountainous areas 22 and 35 degrees Celsius, while Northern Ghana will be 24 and 41 degrees Celsius
