North East Regional Secretary of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Lawyer Sulley Sambian has observed that the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) has shamefully and cruelly sabotaged President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

Mr. Adjenim Boateng Adjei, was uncovered in an exposé by investigative Journalist, Manasseh Azuri Awuni using his private company in the sale of government contracts.

In the documentary titled “Contracts for Sale” the PPA Boss was said to have established his own company under the name Talent Discovery Limited incorporated in June 2017 which has won a number of government contracts through restrictive tendering.

From excerpts of the 46-minute documentary, it also emerged that the company was engaged in the sale of contracts and was ready to sell one worth a ¢22.3 million to a non-existent entity during undercover investigation.

Commenting on the issue on his Facebook page sighted by MyNewsGh.com, the NPP executive said “Frankly, I barely slept last night after watching “CONTRACTS FOR SALE” an investigative piece from Manasseh Azure, which was aired on the JoyNews channel and currently trending on YouTube. It’s sad how the PPA boss would sabotage the government of Nana Addo in this shamelessly cruel manner. I don’t need any investigation to come to the conclusion that Mr. A. B. Adjei conflicted himself in the most disturbing manner.
