Xodus Foundations donates items of clothings to women at Madina market

Xodus Foundation has donated items of clothing to children and markets women at the Madina Market in the Greater Accra Region.

Xodus Foundation's Dignity Project has over the years supported children and orphans with the sole aim of making the world a better place for humanity.

Speaking at the donation ceremony, Mr. Abbey said the donation forms part of the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to communities, and this is the third time the foundation is embarking on such a generous gesture.

According to him, the gesture is to support the less privileged children, children with disabilities who find it difficult to afford such materials.

He added that he has been a victim of wearing tarted dresses to school for years, and he feels fortunate for God to use him as a channel to support others.

" I am very grateful to God for adding another wonderful year to my age. As I celebrate my birthday today, I thought it wise to do something with my foundation that will serve as lasting memories, then I thought of helping to cloth needy children in the market", he said.

Mr. Abbey also took the opportunity to urge well-meaning individuals, philanthropists, civil society groups and corporate entities to also give back to society and support persons, especially those with disabilities.

Meanwhile, some market leaders thanked and blessed Mr. Abbey and his Xodus Communications team members for such a nice gesture.

According to them, the items will go a long way to help the children to look decent.

" Today is a great day, we are happy for such a great donation to this market. We wish Mr Abbey all the best in life as he celebrated his birthday. We are indeed grateful ", they noted.
