We voted for NPP but NDC is still in control - Kennedy Agyapong

Maverick politician, Kennedy Agyapong, has once again lashed out at government for allowing themselves to be "controlled" by the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).

According to him, even though the NPP won the 2016 elections, majority of contracts are being controlled by the opposition NDC - a development he finds worrying.

The opposition NDC, according to the controversial politician, is currently running the political affairs of Ghana thus questioning the true essence of government.

“Why should we even vote for the NPP when the NDC is virtually in control? What is happening is just like South Africa where the black people politically are controlling the country and the economically the white people," he fumed in an interview with an Accra based radio station.

Mr Agyapong had earlier threatened to reveal how the NPP "secretly" won power in the 2016 elections, a development which has seen members of the party including government find amicable ways of "slowing him down" so as not to bring the party into disrepute.
