Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, has called on guardians to aid their wards to positively explore technology and offer guidance to minimise threats posed by the use of emerging technologies.
Speaking in Anyirawase, in the Ho West District of the Volta Region on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, he noted that technology, though an important training tool, threatens the moral upbringing of the children.
Bagbin said that the use of technology in education threatens the country's future, and hence, stakeholders must be proactive in managing the use of technological tools for education and other purposes.
