A video has surfaced on social media showing the Ashanti Regional Minister after students in the region painted a portrait of former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on the streets of Kumasi.
In the video, which has sparked reactions online, the Regional Minister, Frank Amoakohene, is seen touring parts of Kumasi with a group of individuals as they inspect the paintings.
A notable moment in the footage occurs when Dr Amoakohene pauses upon spotting the portrait of Akufo-Addo.

He is seen in a jovial mood, playfully “teasing” the former president while admiring the artwork.
At one point, the minister even bows slightly before the painting as he seeks further details about the piece.
