In a video sighted by GhanaWeb and shared by JoyNews on social media, the suspects were seen being hurriedly ushered into the court as they ran to avoid confrontation with the aggrieved family members.
The family members were also captured hurling hoots and boos at the suspects as they were escorted into the court.
The suspects’ latest court appearance follows their previous appearance on Thursday, September 4, 2025.
At the last court proceeding, the Presiding Judge of the Kaneshie District Court, Abena Asoh Owusu-Omenyo, reportedly admonished the bereaved family of Stephen King Amoah to allow the law to take its course and refrain from taking matters into their own hands.
The judge was quoted as saying by TV3 that, “It’s not easy at all. Nobody should downplay the pain you’re going through. We don’t want you to put yourselves in trouble otherwise all your efforts will be useless. The wheels of justice grind slowly. The attacks will not help, let’s focus on justice. If you commit a crime around the court premises or in the courtroom, Nsawam Prisons await you.”
