Watch all the Black Stars’ goals at the World Cup since 2006

The Black Stars have scored iconic goals that remain in the history books since making their World Cup debut in 2006 in Germany.

Legendary striker Asamoah Gyan holds the record as the all-time African top scorer at the tournament with six goals; one in 2006, three in 2010, and two in 2014.

Midfielder Sulley Muntari also scored memorable goals, including his famous long-range strike against Uruguay during the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

Former Black Stars captain André Dede Ayew is among the scorers at the competition, alongside other players such as Kudus Mohammed, Jordan Ayew, Kevin-Prince Boateng, and Mohammed Salisu.

The team will be seeking to advance to the knockout stage and possibly go beyond the quarter-finals to break their record and set a new one in the 2026 edition.

This time around, the technical team is spearheaded by head coach Otto Addo, with support from former Black Stars players like John Paintsil and Fatau Dauda.
