WMH Day Conference and Skill Dev’t workshop begins Oct. 12

The Mental Health Foundation of Ghana invites registration for the second World Mental Health Day Conference and Skill Development Workshops, to be held in Accra from October 12 to 14 , 2015 at Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons, 54 Independence Avenue Accra.

Incorporating official World Mental Health Day activities, the Conference provides opportunity for interaction between local mental health stakeholders and international experts - including Associate Prof Chris Kewley, University of Newcastle, NSW, Australia and Professor Anne Buist, Professor of Women’s Health, University of Melbourne Australia.

The two full days of Workshops will include Mental Health First Aid Standard 12 hour Course and Skills Training for the Effective Implementation of the Mental Health Tribunal
