Villa Royale calls Africans in the diaspora to Ghana

During the last quarter of August 2012, Nana Prempeh was joined by Pastor Kingsley Appiagyei friends and business acquaintances to officially open the Villa Royale located inside the exclusive area of Spintex Road along the coast of Ghana's capital city of Accra. The facility which is designed to be used for the purposes of both business and pleasure is a self catering guest house which aims to give its guests the best in international standard and service in an enabling environment that allows them to pursue their respective businesses with no disturbance or to simply kick back and enjoy the moment of pleasure in a leisurely way.

Nana Prempeh, owner of the property is a UK based Ghanaian business man who says the guest house has been designed to ensure no interruption to a guest's intentions for renting the facility. This is because adequate room has been made to allay any such interruption with the provision of facilities to make the usage of the property--be it for business or pleasure--a smooth and enjoyable experience. Ghanaians and non-Ghanaians alike have been invited to experience this for themselves.

The three bedroom facility gives its clients a home-away-from-home self catering atmosphere with amenities like en-suite bedrooms, a modern fitted kitchen complete with modern gadgets, 24 hour wifi Internet, a spacious living room equipped with an extra large screen TV and surround sound for a theatre experience and relaxation. To create a more personalized experience in a cordial atmosphere, Villa Royale provides an added 24 hour security service, on call medical doctors and exotic chefs to prepare continental and local Ghanaian cuisines for its occupants.

It is also located minutes from Ghana's business, commercial and political enclave which is very advantageous to people with any such interests.

It costs 160 US dollars to rent and enjoy the entire property for a night and Mr. Prempeh says he sees a lot of good business for the multi-functioning facility which could be rented by high spenders and everyday people who are just looking to escape from their usual routine. He asked Ghanaians and non-Ghanaians living in and out of the country to take advantage of the reasonably priced but high quality service provided by Villa Royale because it meets international standards.

In the future, the property will also provide site seeing tours for its customers to places of interests in and around the capital city of Ghana and beyond in collaboration with the Ghana Tourist Board. If a customer is more business oriented, provisions will be made in the future for them to have a chauffeured vehicle to take them on their business errands to enhance networking opportunities whereas plans are afoot to ensure that Villa Royale is capable of hosting VVIP's.

'We want to make both our existing and potential customers enjoy a world-class treatment in a situation that they can relate to by paying attention to their needs with the desire to create an environment they find familiar.... this will be achieved irrespective of wherever a guest may be coming from' Nana says. To have a first hand feel of the true definition of the Ghanaian hospitality, make it a point to book your stay with the Villa Royale when in Accra because 'we believe this is our own small way of contributing to the growth of the economy and sharing the much talked about Ghanaian hospitality' Nana comments.
