Video vindicates referee Issaka Afful over two penalties against Asante Kotoko

Referee Issaka Afful scored full marks for the two penalty decision to Medeama in their 2-1 win over Asante Kotoko in midweek.

The Accra-based referee did not hesitate to blow his whistle for a penalty which was a hand ball for the first one.

It was expertly converted by defender Paul Aidoo.

The second was an infringement inside the box when the defender pull back the attacker who was straight on goal.
