The delegation is part of 80 participants from 12 countries attending the fifth seminar of Parliaments in the sub-region. They were led to to the Castle by Mr John Henry Owusu- Acheampong, Majority Leader. Prof Mills said it is good for legislators in the sub-region to share ideas because their countries face similar problems which demand similar solutions. He asked the Parliamentarians to enact good laws since as democracies their governments have to govern by the rule of law.
