Worcester, MA, USA -- Recently Esther Smith headlined an event entitled; 'UNITY IN CHRIST MUSICAL CONCERT', which occurred in Worcester, MA. The event was successful and it also involved other gospel artistes such as Edward Akwasi Boateng, Stella Addo, Vivian Ofori, Nana Yaa Gyamfua, Naan Annan, Getty Oduro, Ohemaa Esther and backed the impressive Soul Winners. The huge hall which was the venue for the musical concert, was full to its capacity, it has a 1200 seating capacity

According to the organizers, the idea behind the Unity In Christ Musical Concert was as a result of a group of devoted Christians from various churches in Worcester, MA united. They felt the need for all Ghanaian churches to come together once in a while, worship through gospel music, pray for our beloved country and also feel the brotherly
love. . LET US GIVE A BIG ROUND OF APPLAUSE TO THE ORGANIZERS FOR
SETTING A GOOD EXAMPLE FOR ALL GHANAIAN CHRCHES IN AMERICA TO EMULATE.

All the artistes came to the stage and offered great performances.
Gospel music superstar, Esther Smith who is expecting, walked through the audience and sung some of her heart wrenching and inspiring songs.
In a phone conversation with this writer after the event, the respectful and down to earth superstar mentioned that she was happy to be part of the event and thanked the almighty for the gift of singing to inspire people. She also praised the contributions of all the other musicians.

There were representatives of many churches in attendance which were; New England Ghanaian Seven Day Adventist Church, Wesley United Methodist Church, Rhema Gospel Church, International Central Gospel Church, Church of Pentecost, Lighthouse Chapel, Christian Worship Center, New Creation Baptist Church.

The event started with an open prayer by Pastor John Kwaku Amoah of the New England Ghanaian SDA Church and there was an opening and welcoming address by the Pastor of the Host Church;

The MCs for the occasion were; Claudia Twum-Ampofo and Caroline A.
Adu. The following church choirs sung; New England SDA Choir, Praise Chapel Choir, Church of Pentecost led by Bro.Emma Boateng, Christian Worship Center Choir and International Central Gospel Church Choir.
Special prayer was said for the sponsors and organizers of the event.

The organizers were; Mr. Maxwell Danso Abiam, Hon. Ken Asafo Adjei aka Mr. Producer, Mr. Emmanuel Boateng, Mr. Clement Addai-Anokye, Mr.
Kofi Boakye, Claudia Twum-Ampofo and Caroline A. Adu.
