UNTOLD: Bravery in the face of blood

He is known by many for his job as a commentator with the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation from 1961.

Others know him as a retired teacher.

But only a few know that before he got the name, ‘Over to you Joe Lartey’, the veteran broadcaster spent time in the British Navy beginning when he was just 16 years of age.

On the November edition of ‘The Untold’ Joachim Awuley Lartey, shares the story of his time as a Navy officer.
