Winneba, Nov. 23, GNA - A Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) will soon be signed with the Cola Foundation which will link the University of Education, Winneba with universities in theUnited Kingdom (UK).

The Chancellor of the University of Education, Winneba, Alhaji Asoma Banda made this known at the 16th Congregation ofUEW at Winneba on Saturday.
