Enterprise Group has assured residents of Tema that they will continue to receive the full range of Transitions’ bereavement services following the opening of its new branch in the city, stressing that the company’s standards of care and professionalism will remain unchanged.

Speaking at the commissioning of the new Transitions branch at Lodestar Heights, Krakue Road, Community 1, Tema, on July 22, 2026, Board Chairman of Enterprise Group, Keli Gadzekpo, in a speech delivered on his behalf, said the new facility was established to make the company's funeral services more accessible while maintaining the quality and professionalism clients have come to expect.

He emphasised that families in Tema would have access to the company’s complete suite of services, with additional support available through its wider network whenever necessary.

“With our new branch today, our families can access us. We still offer a full 360-degree service. If we don’t get it for you here, we’ll get it for you outside here. You can contact us and you can depend on us. What you have known the Transitions brand to represent will not be diluted. It will continually be delivered to you in the comfort of your community,” he said.

Gadzekpo said the opening of the Tema branch reflects Enterprise Group’s commitment to bringing compassionate and professional bereavement services closer to the communities it serves.

He noted that while the company continues to expand its physical presence, it remains focused on delivering the same reliability, excellence and customer care that have defined the Transitions brand over the years.

According to him, the decision to establish a branch in Tema was influenced by numerous requests from residents seeking easier access to the company’s services.

He described Tema as a fast-growing city with thriving businesses and vibrant communities, making it a strategic location for the expansion.

“Tema is vibrant and a growing city. It has thriving businesses, proud communities and countless families, many of whom have engaged with us one way or the other. We have received a lot of requests asking, ‘When are you coming to Tema?’ Tema, we are here today,” he said.

Gadzekpo disclosed that Transitions currently serves more than 2,000 direct and indirect clients, adding that the company has built its reputation by providing compassionate support to families during difficult times.

He further hinted that the Tema branch could be the first of several outlets in the city, indicating that Enterprise Group is already considering further expansion.

“T​​ema is too big for one branch, so as we open our doors, let’s see what tomorrow holds for us. But don’t be surprised if you see a second branch in Tema very soon,” he added.

He thanked clients, regulators and staff for their continued support, pledging that Enterprise Group would continue to expand access to its services while maintaining the professionalism, reliability and excellence associated with the Transitions brand.
