Inspector Cosmos said the accused took advantage of the absence of the wives and has been sexually assaulting the victim anytime he feels like having sex and often beat the victim when she refused. The prosecutor said about three weeks ago, the victim who could not bear the harassment any longer and reported the behaviour of the teacher to his wife in Accra.

The wife ordered the maidservant who had stayed with their husband for almost seven years to leave the teacher's house and report to the Police.
