Social protection Minister Cynthia Morrison has revealed that the Nigerian suspect who kidnapped three Ghanaian girls at Takoradi has started talking.

Samuel Willis was re-arrested about a month ago after he escaped prison custody but refused to cooperate with the police.

The three girls went missing between August last year and early this year.

However, Mrs Morrison told journalists that: “I am happy the culprit has started talking”.

“That is what I wanted because I didn’t believe in he will not talk, he has to talk and he is talking.

“According to them, he said they are still alive, so, let’s take it from there, we shouldn’t speculate”, she said.
