Surfline announces 'No Data Expiry' policy

As part of efforts to improve customer satisfaction and in line with directives from the Ministry of Communications, Surfline Communications Ltd, Ghana’s leading 4G LTE internet service provider, is pleased to announce our newly-introduced NO DATA EXPIRY policy on our All-Weather data bundles.

Customers who purchase any of the All-Weather bundles will no more lose their data after the due validity date. To enjoy the service, All-Weather bundle customers will have to top up to be able to roll over their unused data.

With as low as GHc10, customers on Surfline will be able to activate an All-Weather bundle that does not expire.

To buy an All-Weather data bundle, visit any of our shops to sign up on Surfline. Existing customers can dial *718*77# or *389# or *365# on any network to activate their bundles, or use Mobile Money, ExpressPay, Slyde Pay and Hubtel mobile applications to recharge and stay connected.
