The Krontihene of the Sunyani Traditional Area, Oboaman Bofotia Boa-Amponsem II, has conferred the “Best Peace Promoting Personality” Award on the General Overseer of the Living Grace Ministries and Executive Director of the Christian Leadership Institute, Rev. Dr Richard Owusu Achiaw.

The Oboaman Inspirational Excellence Award is in recognition of Bishop Owusu Achiaw’s contribution at promoting peace in the Sunyani municipality and the Brong-Ahafo region in general. The award was received on behalf of the Bishop by the Communications Director of the church, Francis Owusu-Ansah during the climax of the fifth anniversary celebration of the installation of Bofotia Boa-Amponsem II as Krontihene at the Sunyani Victoria Park. Several other distinguished personalities and organisations were honoured for their contributions towards the development of Sunyani.
