The Ghanaian owned management consulting company called Investigroup LLC located in Hillside, NJ is headed by the Chief Operating Officer Owusu Atuahene Kizito, who hails from Konongo, Ashanti Region. Mr. Kizito had his primary education at Oxford International School, Konongo and completed Secondary School at Konongo Odumasi Secondary School (KOSS) in 1993. He earned a Bachelors Degree from KNUST in 2000.

After his education in Ghana he travelled to the UK and continued his education at the Scheiddegger College, Luton, UK where he got his Webmaster Certification in 2003. He relocated to the USA and also received a MBA from Hawaii Pacific University.

Mr. Kizito worked for International Profit Associates, a management consulting firm based in Chicago as a Management Consultant. What do we do for our clients?

We provide an objective, third party comprehensive analysis of the business to give an unbiased view of its strengths and weaknesses. Our target market is businesses that range from $100,000 to tens of millions in annual revenue.

During an analysis, the Business Consultant will review, among other things, company financials and compare them to those of other companies in the same industry, interview key employees, review the business operations, and review goals and objectives. The Business Consultant will determine if you are on track to meet your immediate business objectives and your long-term business and personal goals, including financial security.

In addition, the Business Consultant will discuss with you and make recommendations about how to improve business operations, increase productivity, make the business run more efficiently, improve ease of operations, increase profitability, develop productivity ?based excess profit incentive plans for employees, decrease your tax burden with proven tax reduction strategies, develop a succession plan, improve business value, develop greater employee accountability, reduce the stress you feel as a business owner, and review all other business issues of interest to you. Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction.

Although 80% of the work we do is operational and 20% financial, we do conduct a comprehensive review of financial performance in order to provide a return on investment calculation tied to implementing our recommended business improvements.

The Business Consultant will perform the work onsite and will be in consultation with other Executive Consultants who has access to all company resources. The resources include, but are not limited to, business and financial data, comparative business performance benchmarks provided by Dun & Bradstreet, and prior consulting case studies. Our combined experiences add up to hundreds of years of management experience and expertise and are available for collaboration in developing recommendations to address any business problem.

What areas of my business will be analyzed?

We analyze all the applicable areas listed, and any other areas agreed upon by you in the opening conference, to appraise their effect on the revenue and profit of the business. Is there a guaranteed increase in profits after the analysis?

While nobody can guarantee a business analysis will automatically increase profits, we do identify the business problems that stand in the way of achieving positive cash flow, ease of operations, and a mandatory minimum level of profitability. We will discuss with you necessary changes that must be made in the business in order to achieve its maximum potential. The Business Consultant will discuss with you what methods, systems, procedures, controls and incentives are needed in order to reach your goals and objectives.

What you do with this important knowledge about your business is up to you. You basically will be presented with four options: you can try to fix the problems yourself, if you have the skill and time you can retain us to address the problems for which there is an hourly fee you can try to fix some of the problems, if you have the skill and time, and retain us to fix the others or choose to decline all recommendations and do nothing at all.

The Business Consultant will discuss all costs associated with any consulting services we will provide so that an informed decision can be made based on the company's best interest.

How do I know what the consultant(s) will do for me and my business?

Investigroup believes in utilizing the services of the business consultant who analyzed your problems to fix them for you. Please remember that your business consultant is never alone: will gather information and resources from the vast experience of our executive consultants to solve your business problems. Some cases will call for additional consultants to be included in the assignment.

During the course of the analysis, the Business Consultant will have identified and quantified problems that have a detrimental effect on your company in areas such as sales, cash flow, productivity, operations, and profitability. The agreed upon focus for the consulting engagement will be specified in the Agreement for Consulting Services as the Authorized Project.

How are the required number of consulting hours determined and what will the project cost?

At the conclusion of the analysis, the Business Consultant will have determined the number of consulting hours required to implement the changes in your business you agree must be made to achieve your goals.

Those hours vary from company to company and are based on the scope and nature of your particular personal and business needs, as well as many other factors. Those factors may include the size and complexity of your business, the attitude and aptitude of your employees, and the specific course of action required to achieve the goals and objectives established during the analysis.

No retainer is required for our services. The actual cost of the consulting assignment will be determined by the hourly fee agreed upon. The Business Consultant typically works 10-hour days to reduce the overall expenses and to complete the project in a timely manner. The hourly fee is typically $150-$200 per hour depending on the complexity of the problems, plus expenses and applicable taxes. All expenses are invoiced to you at their actual cost, substantiated by receipts.

Any changes to the Agreement for Consulting Services to expand the scope of the project must be documented in writing with your signature.

May I terminate the project before its scheduled completion?

Yes, if for any reason a concern arises regarding the implementation of your project plan you need to discuss these issues with the Business Consultant. If you still believe it is in your best interest to recess or close the project, you may terminate our services, or recess the project, at the end of any business day. At the time of termination or recess it is your sole responsibility to present the Business Consultant a check for all fees due and expenses incurred through the end of that business day, as well as a personally written statement expressing your opinion of the services rendered.

Is there an assurance of a return on your investment?

Yes, under the following conditions: a client must 1) successfully complete their consulting project, 2) agree to utilize and utilize the methods, systems and controls put in place, and 3) commit to providing and provide our Consulting Services Department financial and operational reports on a timely basis each month for 12 months. Under these circumstances, we will assure you the realization of a return, through cost savings and/or profit enhancements, of a minimum of three times your investment for consulting hours billed.

If an unfavorable variance should develop, you must inform us in a timely fashion and appropriate action steps will be taken to put you back on the profit and operational track.

It will not be reasonable to expect this type of return from a partial or incomplete project, or where the company's management fails to follow through with the work implemented.
