Sex Bomb Rocks `Kitchen` Cabinet

Chronicle -- Just as Dr. Richard Anane’s unprotected sex scandal that engaged the attention of the nation seemed to have died out, yet another involving one of the president’s closest lieutenants has erupted. This scandal has emerged at a time the president is engaged in a Chinese post-Cold War diplomatic begging over energy challenges.

The man at the centre of this amorous relation is Mr. Kwame Boateng, 62, Chief of staff at the President’s private house and overseer of his businesses at home.

Described by Ministers, District Chief Executives and party officials as being as powerful as the Chief of Staff, ‘Wofa Kwame Boateng,’ as he is fondly called by others of the President’s household, including motor-mouth serial caller ‘Appiah Stadium,’ is engaged in an extra-marital affair with a married mother of two, out of which relationship has emerged a bouncing baby girl.

When contacted on the issue, Wofa Boateng retorted in a manner that indicated that he saw nothing wrong with the extra-marital affair.

“What about that,” was the response of the power broker in the president’s house, to an explicit question posed by the paper to find out from him why he had engaged a fully wedded wife in an extra-marital affair.

Wofa Boateng is said to have bedded the mother of two grown children with such intensity that the married mother, who has had a baby for him has now packed out of her matrimonial home, a few minutes walk from the President’s house, to Dome where she has set up home to facilitate unimpeded access.

Over the weekend, Chronicle investigators, who have been investigating this story for four-and-half months, gathered that the President is completely innocent of this raging inferno as he has regularly warned those closest to him like Gabby Nketsiah, Wofa Boateng, Mr. Kwadwo Mpiani and Dr. Amoako Tuffuor to be mindful of how they conduct themselves as it has the tendency to affect his office.

The lady in question and her husband had petitioned the government over certain wrongs done to them by the previous government and gained neighbourly right of converse by virtue of proximity of their house to the President’s – a mere ten minutes brisk walk.

The relationship blossomed because a catering business, which the lady operates, also regularly caters for the Presidential household when Mother Theresa is engaged with her Mother and Child activities, and on several occasions, the lady has been known to be accompanying her waitresses to go and serve Wofa Boateng and his guests, where her delightful figure had caught the fancy of the grinning Boateng.

Chronicle learnt authoritatively from relatives of the husband that on an occasion he had cautioned Boateng when he learnt that the man had been mishandling and backslapping the bum of his wife when she goes there to serve. But the President’s man was too smitten to listen. Wofa Boateng carried on and graduated from bum slapping to full blown sexual intercourse, following another Presidential friend, Richard Anane’s manual, by going condom-free, until she missed her period.

When that happened, Mrs. Diana X with the assistance of Wofa Boateng started packing out of her matrimonial home, fully conscious of the fact that her husband, not exactly an angel himself, would not accept ‘this pregnancy’ and set up home elsewhere. Chronicle paparazzi that have been casing the hideout for sometime now discovered that she had settled down at a location at Dome, a suburb of Accra.

It was learnt that Wofa Boateng made arrangements and included his newfound pregnant mistress Diana, among the supporters who went to cheer on the senior national football team, the Black Stars at the last World Cup competition in Germany, keeping her legally wedded husband in the dark. Few days after arriving in Germany, Diana flew en route to London where she later gave birth to a baby girl.

Diana has since sneaked into the country and is still hiding at her newfound home at Dome, where she is nursing Wofa Boateng’s daughter. Wofa is said to be paying very frequent visits to the house, where he keeps a second family and home, unknown to his own wife who is also in London, and the President. Meanwhile, Mr. Kwame Boateng has continuously failed to respond to queries from The Chronicle.

On all instances that reporters of the paper made him aware of its information and sought his input, he declined to comment, and instead asked the reporters to go ahead and publish whatever information they have.

He simply would not answer the question of whether or not he is having an affair with the said lady, which has resulted in a baby.

His regular promises to give The Chronicle audience to answer questions posed to him were always met with adjournments upon adjournments for three months.

Last fortnight, after a short lull, he agreed to a meeting but later demanded this reporter’s cell phone number, which was promptly surrendered. He said: “I will call you when I am ready”.

Asked which day and time that could be, he said, “When I am free”. Appearing to be worried by The Chronicle’s persistence, he snapped “You can go ahead and publish what you want.”
