Charles Ebo Quansah, the man who allegedly murdered 34 women appears to be doing some good now.
According to the paper, he has categorically cleared former Finance Minister Mr. Kwame Peprah and Vice-President Aliu Mahama of allegations springing from the Serial killing of the women.
According to THE INSIGHT, although Quansah admits that he saw Mr. Kwame Peprah once in the office of a Prison Officer, he insists that he had no discussions with Mr. Peprah.
Meanwhile, Quansah has been under interrogation by State Security agents over allegations that Mr. Peprah and other convicted NDC functionaries tried to induce him to implicate some cabinet ministers in the killings.
