Seasonal Message from Washington Mission

Ghana's Ambassador to the United States, Dr. Bawuah-Edusei extends warm felicitations to Ghanaians, friends of Ghana and Ghanaians in the Diaspora during the yuletide and wishes all the very best in the coming year.

He disclosed that the government under the leadership of President J. A Kufuor had remarkably stabilized the economy with admiration and among many other achievements converted the country's six billion deficit to two billion dollars surplus within a short period of time.

Ambassador Bawuah-Edusei expressed the hope that Ghanaians in the Diaspora would take advantage of the prevailing favorable economic conditions to invest in the country.

He also seized the opportunity to advised Ghanaians to be law abiding, work hard and educate their children about the country's rich cultural values.

With regards to the just about ending 50th Independence Anniversary celebrations, the Ambassador acknowledges the support and participation of all who in diverse ways helped the Mission to have the best of celebrations.

He wishes all MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR
