Sakawa man arrested for sodomizing 21 year old for rituals

The Manhyia Divisional Police Command has confirmed the arrest of a 28-year-old alleged cyber fraudster commonly referred to as Sakawa in local parlance for sodomizing a 21-year-old who is currently battling for his life at the Mahyia Government Hospital.

Owusu Boakye was allegedly sodomized by the suspect only identified as Baafi on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at Dischemso, a suburb of the Kumasi Metropolis.

After the incident, the suspect went into hiding until his arrest on Wednesday, July 3, 2019, from his hideout upon a tip-off.
