Sack Anyidoho- TESCON IPS

The president of the
Tertiary Education Confederacy,(TESCON) IPS Branch, Andrew Kofi Gyan has advised
president John Mills to as a
matter of urgency Sack his communications manager at the presidency, Samuel
Koku Anyidoho for threatening the life
of Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo Flagbearer of the NPP.

According to Mr Gyan, President Mills can prove a point to all Ghanaians as a real
man of peace “Asomwoehene’ should he adhere to this call and sack Koku
Anyidoho, whose statement has also created fear and panic in the country. He
said this would also serve as a deterrent to the so-called party activities
that have sharpened their mouths like saw to soak every dignified political
leader in the country with insults just because they do not side with them or belong
to their political party.

In his view, Koku Anyidoho’s standard in politics is far below that of
Nana Addo who is admired by all as a true political leader and Flagbearer of
the biggest opposition party in Ghana
to question his credibility or threaten his life.
“Besides expelling Koku Anyidoho from his high office, I
want president Mills to enlighten Koku Anyidoho to apologize to Nana Addo to
ensure peace and sanity in Ghana’s political landscape towards the 2012 general
elections”., he
stated .


Samuel Koku Anyidoho in a statement on a London based radio station is recalled to
have stated that some political leaders in the NPP like Nana Akufo Addo, Jake
Obetsebi Lamptey, and Mac Manu might die first if they persisted with their all
-die -be -die utterances.He warned the NPP’s
Akufo-Addo and National Chairman, Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey, that they would not be
spared if they foment trouble in the country.

Mr Anyidoho was quoted for saying that, “I am saying it today
that Akufo Addo should dare. I know Gabby Otchere Darko is in London and
listening .Gabby you are my friend and I am telling you that you and that your
Nana Akufo Addo , if you claim to be men
, make a wrong move in this country and you will see where power lies. We are
waiting for them since they say all die be die.
Andrew Gyan regarded these utterances from Koku Anyidoho as
irresponsible and unprofessional, which should not be entertained. “We must
deal with Koku Anyidoho once and for all since he is a coward and cowards die
even before the battle begins. Cowards like Koku Anyidoho must not be allowed
to work in the office of the president since they are always there to create
fear and panic”, he added.
Mr Gyan however assured Nana Akufo Addo that the entire members of TESCON
throughout
the country would protect him whenever they are called upon.
