Pumpkins Foundation acknowledges partners, calls for more support from individuals

The Executive Director, Pumpkins Foundation, Baisiwa Dowuona-Hammond has called on Ghanaians to develop interest in supporting children living with Cerebral Palsy who by no fault of theirs, have been stigmatised in the society.

She said, nurturing and supporting such kids to become responsible citizens, is what a good citizen could do to compliment his or her good works for the country.

The GH One TV Morning Show host, acknowledged partners from a variety of local businesses and enterprises who have actively supported the initiative over sometime.

Managing partner at AGL and CEO of Acreaty Ghana, Elsie Appau and Enovate Advertising’s Chief Executive, Linda Amofa – Agyemang both mothers in leading businesses were acknowledged for their enormous support so far

Mrs Hammond asked Ghanaians to mingle among people with the Cerebral Palsy condition rather than defaming them.

“The ordinary Ghanaian who struggles to come to terms about the fact there are such persons in our midst and yes though they may not look the normal human being they deserve to be shown a lot of love care and support”. She established








She went on further to ask Ghanaians to avail themselves in supporting the initiative.
