Inna Patty, CEO of Exclusive Events Inna Patty, organisers of the Miss Ghana beauty pageant, has dared former beauty queens who have claimed she pimped them at different times, to “come out with names, and let’s take it up legally or shut up”.

According to her, the allegations are a “deliberate sabotage”, describing them as “ugly”, “petty” and “reckless”.

“If you can’t provide evidence – the men and contacts – shut up”, Inna Patty, herself a former Miss Ghana queen, told Accra-based Starr FM on Sunday, 12 August.

Recently Margaret Dery, the 2017 winner, took to social media to level a raft of allegations against Inna Patty and her company and eventually resigned.

She advised young ladies to shun the pageant since it was deceptive.

Aside from the pimping allegations, some of the former queens have narrated how Inna Patty treated them horribly and, either refused to give them their prizes or failed to fulfil certain promises.

They also claimed Inna Patty stressed them to get sponsorship from 50 companies a week.

Inna Patty, however, told Eyram Bashan on the Starr Woman Show that: “When it comes to sponsorship, people or these young girls don’t raise them for me. What sponsorship do they raise? Theirs is for their social projects; it’s not my job to do that, it’s their job.

“Your ability to negotiate professionally and convince corporate Ghana and you’re able to critically think on your feet, believe me these skills will be with you for life. That is what the brand offers.”
