Founder and leader of the True Fire Prophetic Word Ministry (TFPWM), Prophet Nigel Gaisie has denied rumours that his powers are not from God.

There had been claims by one woman who has come to be known as Ama Born Again, that she personally led Prophet Nigel Gaisie to a powerful 'juju' man in The Gambia to acquire his prophetic powers.

According to Ama Born Again, Prophet Nigel Gaisie called on her and begged her to take her to a powerful oracle that can help him solidify himself as one of the greatest prophets in Ghana.

By then, she was deep into the occultism world so she took him to a powerful juju man in The Gambia who granted him his wishes.

But in a swift response, Prophet Nigel has described the allegations as false.

Preaching the sermon in his church, Prophet Nigel stated that he was a true man of God stating that if he had wanted juju powers, he would not have gone to The Gambia.

"What power is in Gambia?" he wondered.

Prophet Nigel cited instances in the Bible where attempts were made to pull prophets down but they never succeeded and will not succeed with him too.

He rained curses on Ama Born Again and sent a strong warning to, Nana Yaw Sarfo, the host of the show where the allegations against him were made.

Prophet Nigel Gaisie has become popular after it emerged that he had predicted death by accident on the Sunyani road for the late Ebony Reigns before her tragic accident.

In a video posted on Facebook on February 8, Prophet Nigel was indeed heard making such prophecies about Ebony and it shot him to prominence.

Following that, Prophet Nigel released a video of him predicting a win for former President John Manama in the 2020 elections should the NDC field him as their candidate.

This prophecy has, however, sparked a rift between him and Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah, another one of the renowned prophets, who had earlier given a contrary prophecy.

Prophet Nigel is also the same person who predicted death for Dancehall musician, Stonebwoy, between now and Easter in 2019, which the musician has brushed off.
