Prez. Mahama is not intelligent – Ken Agyapong

Outspoken New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament for Assin North Constituency, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has taken a swipe at President John Mahama, saying “he is not intelligent” to occupy the presidency for the next four years.

As he raved and raged, the legislator minced no words by associating President Mahama to a school dropout and labeled his statement at the National Democratic Congress (NDC) manifesto launch in the Volta region yesterday as “mediocre and useless”.

Mr. Agyapong fired these salvos when analyzing the NDC's event on Oman Fm's current affairs programme “Boiling Point” on Thursday.

Not even the constant interruptions by the host, Kwabena Kwakye could douse Mr. Agyapong's flames, as he continued to hurl unprintable words at the president.

“He (President Mahama) is not an intelligent person; he disgraced himself and the whole nation because his delivery was empty. In fact, he is not a smart person,” he bluntly stated, asking “how can Ghanaians ask such a person to rule the nation for the next four years.”

Continuing, he affirmed that he has ample evidence that suggests that some high profile security capos and the president have engaged in corruptible practices.

Turning the heat on the National Security Coordinator, Col. Larry Gbevlo-Lartey, he described him as a non-performing asset with acerbic character.

“Gbevlo-Lartey goes around taking bribes from people instead of protecting this country. He has no respect for the office he occupies. In fact, he has compromise the security of the nation”, the legislator alleged.

He added: “I am ready for him this time around, and prepared to meet him at anywhere. How can he take Ghanaians for a ride? Nobody is afraid of him and it is important we tell him that”.

Against this backdrop, Mr. Agyapong who doubles as the Chief Executive Officer of the radio station, urged Ghanaians to reject the NDC and vote for the NPP in the December elections, to ensure better living conditions for the citizenry.
