President in Columbia

The 11th summit of the Non-aligned Movement has opened in Cartegena Colombia.

A five-member Government delegation led by the President, Flt-Lt. J.J. Rawlings are attending the Summit. The other members of the delegation are the Presidential Adviser on Governmental Affairs, Mr. P.V. Obeng, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Obed Asamoah, the Minister of Trade and Industry, Mrs Emma Mitchell, the Chief Executive of the Ghana National petroleum Corporation, Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata, and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Ibn Chambas.
