The Presidency has issued a disclaimer concerning a phoney tweeter handle of President John Mahama.

“Please ignore any tweets from @JDMahama_ (note that it has an underscore sign at the end of the Mahama),” a post on the Facebook page of the Flagstaff House said.

It added: “The official tweeter handle for the President of the Republic of Ghana is @JDMahama (www.twitter.com/JDMahama), and you will notice that it has the verified blue sign affixed to it.”
