Earlier in the year, a couple from Worcester, MA who had come to New York
had sent an invitation to 3G for coverage of their daughter's sweet 16
birthday party. They sounded excited that the party was going to be
"bombastic" and a hot summer sweet 16 bash which will set tongues wagging.
The mother also stated that the planning had taken her over a year so
she was sure of its success.
Truthfully speaking; the summer time is not over yet and the city embraced
what 3G has dubbed the biggest Sweet 16 party of the year; 2009.
On Sunday; May 24th 2009, 3G was in the city of Worcester, MA honoring the
invitation to cover the sweet 16 bash. Historically it was the first of such
event covered in Worcester, MA.
The aforementioned couple and proud parents; Mr.& Mrs. Eric Owusu
Ansah together with their entire family and friends gathered to celebrate
their big sweet 16 for their lovely daughter; Precious Owusu Ansah.
The city of Worcester was rocking as all road led to the hall located on; 91
Stafford St, Worcester. MA. The hall was fully occupied with many well
wishers-both young and elderly. Many parents had come with their children
to offer their support to Precious.
The special guests were: George and Atta, Matilda Kirkri, Auntie Nana Konadu
(CT), Mr & Mrs William Ansah, Benjamin & Danella, Peter & Janet, Nana
Kwao, Nana Kwame, Christian Gyamfi, Mr. & Mrs. Charlie Benson, Mr. & Mrs.
Yaw Mensah.
The celebrant wore 4 different dresses as she celebrated the occasion in
style.
Earlier in the day; Precious and her family had attended a Thanksgiving
service.
The Owusu Ansah family would like to offer their sincere gratitude to ALL
who came in their numbers to offer their support in diverse ways.
Mrs Owusu after the party disclosed that the family was overwhelmed by the
huge attendance. She was happy that the one year planning was worth it
after all.
