Police Hospital Administration mounts suggestion boxes

Accra, Oct. 12, GNA - The Ghana Police Hospital Administration on Wednesday announced that it had mounted Complaint and Suggestions Boxes at vantage points at the hospital to solicit information on services rendered. A statement issued in Accra by Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Cephas Arthur, Acting Director of Public Affairs, said this was to enable the administration factor the solicited ideas in their policies and programmes as part of efforts to improve health care delivery at the hospital. It said people with grievances, comments, commendations and suggestion= s could drop them in the boxes mounted at five different points, the Out-Patient-Department (OPD) both the new and old, theatre, children's wa= rd and the Maternity block. The statement said the Police Hospital was committed to satisfying its customers and would therefore treat these pieces of information with utmost importance.
