A road accident involving a truck belonging to food company Pizzaman Chickenman has been reported in the town of Aseseeso in the Eastern Region.
Details surrounding the incident remain unclear, but images show the truck apparently damaged after the crash. The vehicle is believed to have been transporting products when the accident occurred.
The incident reportedly took place along a stretch of road within Aseseeso, a town in the Okere District known for its mountainous terrain and winding roads. The town lies close to Adukrom and is connected by the Adukrom–Aseseeso road, a route that has in the past raised safety concerns among motorists.
It is not immediately known what caused the accident or whether there were injuries. Emergency responders and residents are said to have gathered at the scene shortly after the crash, with some helping to manage the situation.
The road linking Adukrom to Aseseeso has previously been in the spotlight due to safety incidents. In March, 2025, the stretch drew national attention following a tragic school bus crash that claimed several lives, highlighting the dangers posed by the steep and winding nature of the route.
For now, authorities are yet to release an official statement regarding the latest accident involving the Pizzaman Chickenman truck.
