The High Court in Accra presided over by Justice Stephen Oppong has adjourned an application for Perjury against the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Kelni GVG to the third of next month.
This is to allow the applicant, Francis Kwarteng Arthur, and his lawyers to serve the Respondent with the application.
Lawyers for the applicant in the case Francis Kwarteng Arthur and Vodafone Ghana and four others, accused the acting Chief Executive Officer of Kelni GVG, Rouba Habboushi of lying under oath and have filed a Perjury charge against her.
The applicant claims the acting CEO of Kelni GVG, the 3rd Respondent in the case, has deposed false information to the court.
Francis Kwarteng Arthur, a private legal practitioner, filed a suit at the High Court on April 6th, challenging the President’s order contained in EI 63 and the manner in which the order was being implemented.
