The letter revealed that a move by interested parties in Peki to get some one else to become the DCE instead of Mrs Annan and said no such person would be accepted by the paramountcy. It said "in event of His Excellency deciding to choose someone else, the Paramount Chief and his elders would humbly plead to get us involved in the process. The fact remains that, whosoever that would be appointed to this post, will be working with the Paramount Chief and his elders", the letter said.
It said that following a request by Mr Asimah the MP, Togbe Kwadwo Dei constituted a committee to resolve differences between him (MP) and Mrs Annan.
