The Palm Institute, a liberal arts college is pursuing an agenda of training ethical African leaders in job oriented education to facilitate the development of the continent.

Dr. Peter Carlos Okantey, the Founder and President of the Institute made the remark in an interview with the Ghana News Agency when he announced the opening of admissions for the 2019/20 academic year at the Institute’s premises at Shai Hills-Doryumu in the Greater Accra Region.

He said the Institute has successfully graduated 72 students in business administration, computerised accounting, banking technology and accounting, agribusiness and finance and procurement & materials management since its operation seven years ago.

Dr. Okantey said: “With accreditation and affiliation from the National Board for Professional and Technician Examinations (NABPTEX) Ghana, Palm Institute has the authorisation to operate and award Diploma Certificates to regular and mature students after successfully going through the two-year programme.”
