‎Residents of Akyem Osiem Ahenbronom are celebrating a significant improvement in access to clean water, following the commissioning of five new borehole projects by their Assembly Member, Abdul Rahman Abdulai.

The initiative aims to alleviate long-standing water challenges and enhance the overall well-being of the community.

‎The commissioning ceremony, which took place on November 15 at Osiem Y Junction, was a festive gathering attended by community leaders, residents, and various stakeholders.



The event represented another significant step in Abdul Rahman Abdulai’s ongoing commitment to developing the electoral area.

‎The five newly completed boreholes are strategically located to serve a wide range of residents, including:

1. ‎Akyem Osiem Y Junction

2. ‎Akyem Osiem Mutungu

3. ‎Akyem Osiem Presby

4. ‎Akyem Osiem Awocye

5. ‎Akyem Osiem Saviour Basic School

‎These additions bring the total number of boreholes constructed under the leadership of Abdul Rahman Abdulai to an impressive eighteen.

This milestone underscores his proactive approach and unwavering dedication to providing essential social amenities for Osiem Ahenbronom.

‎Addressing the jubilant crowd, Abdul Rahman Abdulai expressed his profound appreciation to the residents for their continuous support.

He reiterated his commitment to initiating and pursuing further developmental projects that will uplift the entire electoral area.



"Access to potable water remains a top priority for my office," Abdul Rahman Abdulai stated, "as it directly impacts the health, sanitation, and overall well-being of our people."

‎Residents of the beneficiary communities also praised the Assembly Member for his consistent efforts and visionary leadership.

Many highlighted that the new boreholes would significantly reduce the daily burden of searching for water, particularly during the challenging dry season, thereby freeing up time for other productive activities and improving daily life.
