Osei Kwame Despite builds children's block for 37 Military Hospital

President of the Despite Group of Companies, Dr Osei Kwame Despite has handed over an ultra-modern children’s block to authorities of the 37 Military Hospital.

The facility which was constructed within a period of two and a half years was gifted to the hospital and commissioned as part of the philanthropist’s 56th birthday celebration on the 2nd of February 2018.

Commanding Officer of the 37 Military Hospital, Colonel Yeboah-Agyapong expressed the hospital’s appreciation to Dr Osei Kwame Despite for the block which he said will provide an avenue for improved healthcare delivery for children.

The building which has been named after the man known for his philanthropic works contains an Oncology unit, Paediatric haematology unit, gymnasium/playroom, washrooms, a kitchenette, consulting rooms, wards and a waiting area.

To mark his birthday, Dr Osei Kwame Despite also presented two ultra-modern police blocks to the Tesano Police Division and the Agona Wiamoase Police.
