A level 400 Nursing student from Garden City University College in Kumasi Emmanuel Boakye Yiadom and his team has donated learning material worth 4,520 cedis to the Kangoo Yamsuk school in the Bolgatanga.

Mr . Boakye Yiadom, the founder of Mindset Charity Outreach disclosed in an interview that the rationale behind the donation came about when the foundation heard an encounter with a teacher in the school to know the trending challenges confronting them.

According to him some of the challenges include inadequate Learning materials for students. He said some parents are unable to purchase books and other learning material for their ward.

The act he said has compelled some of the school children to stay home, others do not involve themselves in class activities.

"We are donating these materials not just because God has blessed our lives with money but we have come to realise the educational challenges confronting children in this community is a key and therefore need serious address to curb it, that is why we are here to render our support to them.".he lamented.

He said the foundation aside the mandate of praying and winning souls for Christ has taken upon themselves to reach out to the needy especially people in the rural community such that their needs can be met.

The foundation donated 2000 exercise books,1500 erasers, 1200 sharpeners, crayons, 1000 pencils, clothing, bags shoes and Bibles.

Mr. Yiadom indicated that these materials will go a long way to enhance their learning activities while the bibles will also help them gain more knowledge and insight from God.

"We wish to support all sundry but this is where the foundation can support for now and believe with God on our side we will expand to reach out for more "he added.

"Charity he said is not about pity but rather showing love and kindness to one another because Christianity without charity is in vain."He lamented.

On his part, Jacob Yin the headmaster of the school who received the items expressed his heartfelt and thank the student for such a tremendous donation made to the school children.

He said the items will be useful in supporting their Learning activities in the school and therefore appealed to NGOs and institutions to come to their aid to support the school. *You can follow mindset charity outreaching Facebook as mindset charity outreach.
